In its PDF format when it was previously used on South Shore Vocational Technical High School's Graphic Communications trade shop website, this file was capable of being interactive so in-school clients could fill out what specifications they wanted for the pre-press, printing, and finishing processes completed for their project/job. Once completed, these clients would then email the filled out interactive form with any necessary notes or digital attachments to the trade shop's email for the job's completion. This form ensured that all of the specifications for the project were clearly stated by the client, and the form was used by the student as a reference while working on the job to make sure that all specifications were met.
